It is very important that the Human Resource Managers understand what their employees who are care givers go through.  This will make the employees feel appreciated and thus they will improve on performance.
Most of the caregivers are going through  :-
Emotionally distress
Financial crisis
Lack of sleep
Lack of motivation
* Reach out to your employees if you notice something is amiss such as lateness, anger outbursts, crying all the time
* Be flexible – flexi hours could be of great help
* Propose financial solutions –  organise for workshops that assist them
*Create a caregiver – Friendly culture – this helps reduce their high stress levels, it increases their motivation and performance
Let us help the caregivers to live full potential lives and be able to give their best both as employees and caregivers
